These Terms govern your use of BusyCam, operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]. By
creating an account or using the app you accept these Terms.
Administrators sign in with a Google account and connect their Google Drive.
Team members receive credentials created by their administrator.
one active device and record sign-in device changes. Sharing credentials to
avoid per-seat charges is a breach of these Terms and may result in suspension.
remain the owner of your content.
uploads will fail. We are not liable for content that fails to upload for this
reason.
organisation, access to that Drive and its content is a matter between that
person and the organisation; we cannot transfer ownership of a third party's
Google account, and we never take control of one.
a personal Google account by someone who has since left, we can move ownership
of the *workspace* — its projects, members and records — to the organisation.
This is done by us on request, with the reason recorded, and the previous
owner loses access. The Google Drive folder stays with whoever owns that
Google account; the organisation must supply a Drive of its own for future
uploads. Ask before you rely on this.
Deleted files go to Google Drive trash and are recoverable for 30 days
through the app. Restore only inside BusyCam — restoring a file directly in
Google Drive will leave it invisible in the app. After 30 days, or if the trash
is emptied earlier, recovery is impossible.
Share links are unlisted but public: anyone holding the link can view the
photos, without signing in. Do not share links containing sensitive material.
You can revoke a link at any time.
Free trial. A new workspace may create up to 3 projects and upload up to
60 files in total across them. Files of any kind count the same — photo,
video or document — because the storage is your own Google Drive, not ours.
When the limit is reached, uploads stop; nothing already taken is lost — new
photos stay on the phone and upload by themselves once you have room.
Seats, not people. You pay for seats. A seat can be reassigned to another
person, but two people must not use one seat at the same time (see section 2).
Roles. *Owner* — one per workspace, holds the Google Drive. *Admin* — full
management of projects, folders, files and people; an admin is the
moderator, there is no separate moderator role. *Worker* — takes photos, may
create folders and may edit their own photos within the window described in
section 7. *Guest* — view only.
Viewing by link. A person opening a share link may view 4 files; beyond
that the link asks them to install the app. This is a product limit, not a
security boundary — see section 5.
Prices are shown in the app and on the plans page before you are charged.
Subscriptions renew for the chosen period until cancelled. Purchases made
through the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store are billed, renewed and
refunded by that store under its own rules, and must be cancelled there.
[OWNER + LAWYER: confirm the final figures against functions/src/limits.ts
before charging anyone — the constants in the code and the plans page do not
currently agree. Then specify taxes and the refund policy for purchases made
outside the app stores.]
An administrator sets how long a worker may edit their own photos — delete,
move or copy them. The default is 24 hours, counted from upload, not from
the moment of the shot, so that poor connectivity on site is not punished.
After that window a photo can only be changed by an administrator.
This exists because a photo here is evidence of the state of a site on a date.
Being able to remove it a month later would make the record worthless.
Busycam depends on Google services. We provide the app "as is" and do not guarantee
uninterrupted availability. Keep your own backups of critical documentation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or
consequential damages, or for loss of data caused by Google service outages,
account deletion by the user, or exhausted storage quota.

You may stop using BusyCam at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these
Terms, in particular credential sharing intended to bypass per-seat pricing.
